leadership structure of Horizon is fairly simple:
1. The Staff is responsible for weekly administration.

Brad Swope — Pastor
Darrin Pagel — Worship Leader
Elizabeth Harder — Children's Pastor/Church Administrator
2. The Board of Elders is responsible for oversight & pastoral direction. Our board:
Brad Swope — President
Greg Winter — Elder of Local Missions
Darrin Pagel — Elder over Worship
Phil Herzer — Elder over Staff & Prayer
Rob Joseph — Elder over Global Missions
3. The Oversight Leaders are responsible for one ministry area:
Elizabeth Harder — Administration & Weekly Program
Dave Boatman — Sunday morning director
Kerri Klatt — Common Meal
Elise Winter — Graphic Design
Joannie & Phil Herzer— Prayer Team Directors
